This is the largest box I have completed that doesn’t stand on legs. At a full 2 feet high she is definitely a statement piece! After finalizing details with my client we went full out purple on her!
This poor girl came to me in sad shape! Lining falling out and top half coming apart. I glued her all back together, screwed her top half to her bottom and got to work on making her pretty again! Painted in Dixie Belle Paint’s Lucky Lavender I then added the Violet Hill design from Re-Design with Prima. I just love those gold words peeking through the gorgeous colors in the flowers.
I updated all the hardware in metallic gold and gave her all new lining in a matching purple. Aren’t those fresh cubbies just stunning?? I also gave her 2 new ring holder dividers on each interior door for extra storage.
I just love the vibrant, feminine end result!
