CUSTOM ORDERS VS COMPLETED DESIGNS
Custom Orders are designed by you. Style of Box, Colors, Exterior Design and Interior Lining colors are all chosen by you.
Completed Designs are boxes finished and ready to ship out. There are no changes on a completed box.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All prices include nationwide shipping within the continental US. Please ask for shipping pricing for Hawaii and Alaska. Local Pick up available as well.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, time and work involved in each piece there is a strict No Return/Exchange Policy. Please be sure you are accepting that policy before purchasing.
All Sales are Final!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive your tracking information with Paypal once the item has shipped. Items are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days.
PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
Once you have chosen your box and provided the appropriate information you will receive an invoice through Paypal to either pay your deposit (50% for custom orders) or pay the balance for completed boxes. Once your custom order has been completed the remaining balance will be due.
All items ship within 7 days to allow additional cure time of the paint before packaging up.
