I am just in love with this color combo!
This custom order came to me from a new grandma!! Her granddaughter was just born and she wanted to give her and her new Mommy something special for Christmas; something she can keep for years to come. Basing the design off the nursery colors we choseDixie Belle Paint Company’s Apricot with a very soft blending of Fluff for highlights. I then added Re•design with Prima’s Cosmic Roses. Those shades of blue are just gorgeous against that calming peach.
After sealing I added a Pearlescent glaze to give a beautiful shimmer to the paint. The hardware was all updated in gold as well as a thin gold accent line on the doors and top curves.
Finally, the inside was completely re-lined in royal blue to really correspond with the flowers.
