Measuring a full 14 1/2 inches wide it has a great amount of storage space. Perfect for papers, for personal baby items, or as a simply sit around this cedar box is full of options. 
Painted in a custom soft vintage purple with the slightest hint of gray you really keep that old Alice in Wonderland feel. The main image of Alice and her cat sitting in a reading chair just drawers you in. The sides also include various characters and items from the film and books including the Cheshire cat, the Queen's crown, mushrooms and a teacup. Appliques were added to the top of the box to add extra detail: Roses, a keyhole, a crown and a skeleton key. The edges were framed in a beautiful new scroll. To add extra height new claw feet were placed on the bottom of the box and painted in gold.
Accents of shimmering gold were lightly brushed over the raised designs so you have a lovely hint of shine are you open and close your clasp lock on the front of the box. The inside is pristine cedar...includes that lovely wood smell!
